The client has to provide the basic details of the target person and a photograph if available. Any other details can be provided, if any.
The service is provided after 24 hours once the case is analyzed and the mentioned estimated cost is paid.
No amount will be refunded, if the client wishes to stop the investigation without being completed, due to whatever reason.
Every service is charged accordingly, thus payment for one service will not be accepted for another service.
During the time of investigation, the client is requested to fully co-operate with the agency's investigators for any clarifications.
Travelling period for the purpose of investigation of the case will be counted as on duty.(out station works)
Detectives or investigators work for 10 hours/day and if any extra time is spent the charges to be paid will be double the specified amount.
A daily report is given to the client, if full payment is paid at the starting.
70% initial payment has to be paid by the client towards investigation processing charges.
Balance 30% has to be paid at the time of collecting the evidence.
Once the case is completed, the client has to collect all the evidences/information within a time period of 7 working days. The agency does not hold any responsibility for the information once the time limit is over.
